Group Rates

For groups of 15 or more, the Lodge with its eight guest rooms and large dining/common room and deck, along with whatever cabins are needed is available. We will customize our vegetarian menu to meet the needs of your group. Please see "Meal Options" at the bottom of this page for details. Our group prices depend upon the number of participants, level of service desired, and type of menus. The cost starts at $84 per person per day for double occupancy lodging and three meals. Kids under 2 are free, 3-7 years are half price plus $15 if we provide bedding (sleeping pad included), 8 and over are full price. Once we have a few details about your event we can quickly quote a price. Some discounts are available for qualifying non-profit groups.

Deposit

* One night's deposit is required within seven days after making a reservation.
* The balance is due upon arrival, departure for groups.
* Cash and Checks are accepted.
* A confirmation (and contract for groups) will be sent upon receipt of deposit..

Check In / Out

* Check In is between 3 & 6 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
* Early or late arrival and late check out must be prearranged.;

Cancellation

For Group deposit refund, cancellations must be made at least twelve weeks prior to date of arrival. The deposit, less a $500 cancellation fee will be refunded. Cancellations less than twelve weeks from the event will result in the forfeiture of all advance payments unless the rooms can be re-booked.

For Personal Retreat deposit refund, the same policy as above applies except that the cancellation fee will be $25 and 14 days notice is required.

Additional Information

* A two night minimum stay is required on High season weekends.
* As a courtesy to all guests, smoking is allowed outdoors only.
* No pets please.
* There are no phones or TVs in the rooms. A phone is available in the lodge.
* Housekeeping is done once a week unless prearranged for more often.
* Weddings require a minimum lodging booking of $2,000 per night for 2     
  nights.
* If you are a day use person (with a group staying at Buckhorn) there will be 
  a $15 per person per day charge. $7.50 for 1/2 day.
* A 15% service charge will be added to all food & beverage costs.
